How do I Make a Booking ?
Firstly before ringing make sure you have, the address where you are, how many people are traveling with you, and the time you require the cab, and any special requirements you may need i.e., station wagon etc. Ring our friendly Customer Service Team on (03) 9786 3322 and they will enter the booking into the system for dispatch to the next available taxi in your area. If you are using a mobile phone please make sure you speak loud and clearly as these phones tend to distort your voice if you don't have good reception

What is an MPTP card (1/2 price card) and how do l obtain it ?
The MPTP card (Multi Purpose Taxi Program) is for passengers who have a restrictive medical condition or disability. It entitles the bearer of the card to 1/2 price taxi fares to a maximum discount of $30 per trip. The card is issued and governed by the Victorian Government. If you think you might be eligible for this program download the forms and visit your local GP.
When is the quietest and busiest times for taxis ?
The quietest times of the week for our service are Saturday Day, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Our work load then generally increases over Wednesday to our busiest times of the week which are Thursday, Friday Day and Night and Saturday Night.
