Frankston Radio Cabs Pty. Ltd is proud of its heritage which dates back some 40
years, to a meeting of interested local taxi operators, held in Frankston on the
18th May 1961 at the then McCombs Garage.
Originally the company was named Universal Radio Cabs Pty. Ltd. On the 18th May
1975 the name was changed to Frankston Radio Cabs Pty. Ltd. In the ensuing years
Frankston Radio Cabs Pty. Ltd has been a leader in the industry while maintaining
its local identity as is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service.
State of the art dispatch and phone systems, which include in-car cameras and a
global positioning system, not only provide security for our drivers and passengers
but assists our Customer Service staff to dispatch in excess of 10,000 bookings
per week.
As our service area continues to grow and prosper it is our intention to move with
it while continuing to provide a professional service into the future.
